SRU has many locations on or around campus where you can go to enjoy some sunshine and get a workout in. The suggested activities for the locations are listed below but you can get exercise in other ways at them, just find what you like. If you just want to get a run in or a walk, there are 2 tracks to do that at! Everything is within walking distance from campus, but you can find a spot to park around everything as well.
