The ARC

The ARC offers a variety of services for you to pick and choose how you would like to exercise. Schedule:

Mon-Thurs: 6am-11pm (pool: 6am-9pm)

Friday: 6am-9pm (pool: 6am-8pm)

Sat & Sun: 9am-9pm (pool: 9am-8pm)


What to do:

Machines:

The 1st floor fitness center includes free weights, plate loaded machines, cardio and core machines, rock climbing wall, and exercise specialists to assist in training you.

Gym A:

Includes volleyball, basketball, badminton, and pickleball.

Gym B:

Includes hockey, soccer, futsal, and ball throwing sports.

Upstairs:

Track (9 laps is a mile), boxing station, dumbells and benches, resistance bands, medicine balls, pull up bar, mats, exercise balls, plyo boxes, and kettle bells

Pool:

Arthritis stretching, aquatic fitness classes, and swimming programs

Beginner Options:

  1. Walk/jog on the track
  2. Shoot basketball hoops
  3. Hip hop and abs class – mixture of dance and leg lifting exercises with an instructor, go at your own pace
  4. Try some machines, they have diagrams of what to do on the machine!

Fitness Classes:

There are a variety of fitness classes offered at the ARC that are welcoming for beginners as well!

The ARC is also involved with helping out the Club Teams as well as intramurals!
